Eleni Gabre-madhin (PhD), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX), said this referring to the political economy of establishing commodity exchanges in Africa, in a closing remark that she made on the continental convention of commodity exchanges, held in Addis Abeba, on November eight and nine, 2011.
