Tilahun Wubneh (Eng.), chairman of a local civic organisation in the town of Adwa, 800Kms north of Addis Abeba and the birth place of Prime Minister Meles Zenawi, speaking during the inauguration of a statue of Basha Awalom, a double agent who is believed to have played a key role in Ethiopia's victory against the Italians in 1898.
