When it is about to launch operations, the newly formed Ethiopian Commodities Exchange (ECEx) appears to become steadfast at its headquarters located inside Al-Sam Building, Mexico Square. Its managers have been on the hunt to rent another commercial building in town. Close sources disclosed to Fortune that they will probably settle in this four storey building recently completed.

 Found behind Getu Commercial Centre, and owned by the same developer Getu Gelette. ECEx may move its finance and administrative departments to this property while keeping its operational theatre at Al-sam.
